We are very proud of our homemade goodies, made from scratch from some very old recipes. We started in 10' x 10' space in a corner of the original building with 1 convectional oven and a set of hands. Over the years as the demand has increased we have made many changes. Our bakery now covers a floor space of 40' x 60', 7 convectional ovens, 6 commercial stovetop burners and many more hands.

What we bake:

Cookies, breads, pies, cakes, muffins, cupcakes, squares, biscuits, sweet breads, cinnamon buns, dog treats, pickles and jams.

At Christmas time we add lots of favorite holiday treats.

We bake everyday!
